This is an 80 Hour course that is required to obtain your North Carolina Real Estate Broker License. 

Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing Course includes the printed text book, the online textbook and online study material to assist you in passing the License Exam !

Upon completion of the course you may apply to sit for the N.C. Licensing Exam to receive your state license.  Our course will give you the best possible preparation for this exam.

The seminar will be delivered via Zoom.  A computer/tablet, webcam, microphone, and speakers are required (not allowed to use mobile phone to view class).

You are required to have your camera on at all times, sitting upright, in a well lit classroom like environment. 

State Section License exam tutoring.  This is one-one tutoring for individuals that have passed the PreLicense Course but need help with the State Section of the License Exam.  This includes 1 hour of tutoring at the Real Estate School.  Please call the school at 910-676-8628 to schedule times.
