POST 302 Class Online

Classes 4 hours per day 5:30pm-9:30pm every Mon-Tue-Wed-Thur.  This is an Online class blended with the in person class.

You are required to have a physical copy of the NC Real Estate Manual.

POST 302  CONTRACTS AND CLOSING - NCREC

Blended Class: Classroom and Online

 The Post 302 – Contracts & Closing course is one of the three 30instructional hour courses in the North Carolina mandatory Postlicensing (PL) education program. The primary objective of the courses is to provide instruction at a level beyond that provided in Prelicensing courses on topics deemed to be of special importance in the active practice of real estate brokerage. Topics addressed in this course include: 

  • selected basic contract law concepts,
  • real estate sales contract preparation, 
  • sales contract procedures,
  • buyer’s due diligence,
  • closing procedures,
  • Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act,
  • closing disclosure preparation, 
  • contracts for deed, options, and
  • selected real estate license status and education issues. 

* Price does not include state required online manual $25

** Minimum of 5 students for class to make

You are required to have your camera on at all times, sitting upright, in a well lit classroom like environment.
