The seminar will be delivered via Zoom. A computer/tablet, webcam, microphone, and speakers are required (not allowed to use mobile phone to view class).
Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing Course includes the printed text book, the online textbook and online study material to assist you in passing the License Exam !
Upon completion of the course you may apply to sit for the N.C. Licensing Exam to receive your state license. Our course will give you the best possible preparation for this exam.

The BROKER PRE-LICENSING COURSE is the first step toward starting your real estate career.
Classes 3.5 hours per day 6:00-9:30pm every Tues-Wed-Thurs. This is an online zoom CLASS blended with the IN PERSON class. This is an 80 Hour course that is required to obtain your North Carolina Real Estate Broker License.
